Overview
EventPrime allows admins to set booking limits per user, ensuring fair participation and preventing repeat or bulk Bookings. This feature is especially useful when you want to enforce first-time only bookings or restrict the number of Bookings a single customer can purchase.
Steps to Restrict Bookings Per User
1. Navigate to the EventPrime menu and open the All Events submenu. Locate the Event you’d like to restrict Bookings for, then click the Edit button.

2. On the Edit Event page, navigate to the Event Settings Metabox and open the Restriction tab. In the Booking Limit Per User field, specify the maximum number of bookings permitted per user for this Event.
- This setting enables administrators to manage how many times an individual user can register for a specific Event.

3. Update Event to apply this setting.
Frontend View
Users can book an Event only up to the limit specified by the administrator. Once this limit is reached, the system automatically displays the message Booking limit reached. For guest Bookings, the restriction is enforced when the guest enters their personal details, including name, email, phone number, and address. If the booking limit has already been reached for the provided email address, the same error message will appear, preventing further Bookings.

Conclusion
By restricting Bookings per user in EventPrime, WordPress admins can manage Event participation more effectively. This feature ensures fair access for attendees, prevents repeat Bookings, and maintains balanced ticket distribution across all users.
