Accessing EventPrime and Navigating to Events
To get started, log into your WordPress Dashboard and locate the EventPrime menu. Click on Events to access the list of your scheduled Events.
Choosing and Accessing a Specific Event
Scroll through the list of Events and select the specific one for which you want to allow cancellations.
Navigating to Event Settings
Once you’ve selected the desired Event, access its Event Settings. Now, navigate to the booking section and scroll down to find the Allow Cancellations option.
Once you’ve enabled the cancellation option, it will become available on the booking details page.
Accessing the Cancellation Option
To access this feature, go to your account area on frontend. In the Coming Up section, you will find a list of upcoming Events. Click on Booking Details for the Event you’re interested in.
On the Booking Details page, you will now see the Cancel Booking option.
