How to Add Event Fee to an Event on WordPress Site?

  1. EventPrime Menus > Events
  2. Events > Events Settings > Bookings
  3. In the Bookings tab, locate the One-Time Event Fee textbox. Enter a fixed fee that will apply to each booking for the specific Event. This fee will be added to the total ticket price during checkout.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to easily add Event fees or cover charges using EventPrime.

Accessing EventPrime and Navigating to Events

To get started, open WordPress dashboard and locate the EventPrime menu in left-hand side admin panel bar. Next, click on Events to access the list of your scheduled Events.

Choosing and Accessing a Specific Event

Scroll through the list and click on the specific Event.

Inside the Event Settings, look for the Bookings tab. Click on it to proceed.

In the Bookings tab, locate the One-Time Event Fee textbox. Here, you should enter a fixed fee that will apply to each booking for the specific Event. This fee will be added to the total ticket price during checkout.
