Steps to access reports

To access the Reports section in EventPrime, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the EventPrime admin menu in your WordPress dashboard and click on Reports.

Step 2: On this page, you will find a tab labeled Booking. In this tab, you can view various details related to your bookings. For instance, you can see the total gross sales for a specific period and the average daily gross sales. Additionally, you can check the total number of bookings made and tickets purchased. You can also see the number of coupons used.

You have the option to select predefined date ranges such as the last 7 days or 30 days, or you can define a custom date range.

As you scroll down, you will come across a graph that displays the count of bookings per date. This interactive graph helps you visualize the booking trends.

Moreover, there is a table that provides information about each booking, including the booking ID, event details, event date, booking status, and payment gateway used.
