This guide explains how to download EventPrime extensions and activate their corresponding license keys after purchasing them from the official EventPrime website. Following these steps will ensure your extensions are properly installed and fully functional.

Steps to Download and Activate EventPrime Licenses
Step 1: Purchase a Bundle or Individual Extension
If you haven’t already, visit the official EventPrime website and purchase one of the available plans — Essential, Professional, or Business — or choose an individual extension you wish to use.
If you’ve already completed your purchase, proceed to the next step.
Note: All paid plans include access to selected premium extensions. Make sure your EventPrime Core plugin is installed before activating any purchased add-ons.
Step 2: Complete the Checkout Process
After selecting your preferred plan or individual extension, proceed to checkout and complete the order.
Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation page where you can access your license keys and download links.
Step 3: Access License Keys from the Orders Page
- Navigate to the My Account section from the top menu.
- On the Orders page, locate your most recent purchase.
- Click on View Order Details or View Licenses to access:
- License Keys for the bundle or individual extensions
- Download links for each extension
If needed, you can also use the Download License Certificate option to manually verify your licenses in case of an error.
Please note that you must first download and activate the plugin for it to appear in the license management section. Until the extension is activated, you won’t be able to view or enter its license key in the license settings.
Step 4: Locate and Copy the License Key
Scroll down a bit within the order details page.
You’ll see:
- A license key for the Bundle
- Or individual license keys for each purchased extension
Copy the license key you wish to activate.
Step 5: Open the License Tab in Your WordPress Site
In your WordPress admin dashboard:
- Navigate to the EventPrime menu.
- Click on the Settings submenu.
- Go to the License tab.
- Click on the Add New License button.
Step 6: Enter and Verify Your License Key
A License Manager popup will appear.
- Paste the copied license key into the field.
- Click the Verify button to activate the license.
Step 7: If the License Key Is Not Verified
If your license key is not automatically verified:
- Go to the My Account section on the EventPrime website.
- Click Download License Certificate to get your certificate in JSON format.
- In the license manager popup, use the Upload JSON File option.
- Upload the downloaded certificate and click Verify.
Step 8: Install and Activate Extensions
Once the license is verified:
- You will see a list of available extensions associated with your license.
- Click on the Install and Activate button next to any extension you wish to use.
Step 9: Verify the Extensions Are Activated
After activation:
- You will be redirected to the Plugins menu.
- The extension(s) will appear as installed and activated.
