How to Show Remaining Tickets on WordPress Event Page?

Displaying the number of remaining tickets during booking provides transparency for attendees and helps Organizers manage expectations.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the EventPrime Menu

• Log into your WordPress Dashboard
• From the left-hand sidebar, locate and click on the EventPrime menu.
• Then click on the All Events submenu to view a list of your published and upcoming Events.

2. Edit the Desired Event

• From the list, locate the Event for which you’d like to display remaining tickets.
• Click Edit button for the Event.

3. Open the Tickets Tab

• On the Edit Event page, go to Event Settings and click on the Tickets tab to manage ticket configuration.

• Make sure you already have a category created. If you need details about how to do it, refer to this article for guidance.
• Inside the Tickets section, locate the ticket type you want to configure.
• Click the Edit button for that ticket.

4. Enable the “Display the Number of Tickets Left on the Event Page” Option

• On the Add/Edit Ticket Type screen, click on the Quantity tab.
• In the Available Quantity field, enter the total number of tickets available for this ticket type.
• Below this, toggle the Display the number of tickets left on the event page option to enable it.
• This will show the remaining ticket count (for example, 22 tickets remaining) on the Event Booking page.
• After enabling the option, click Save changes and then update the Event to apply the setting.

After saving the changes,Update the Event to apply this setting.

Frontend View: How It Appears to Visitors

Once this option is enabled, users visiting your Event page will see the remaining number of Tickets during the checkout process.
