EventPrime’s engineering team created a custom multi-ticket seating extension that restructured the booking logic to link all seat types to a single unified seat map. This ensured that once a seat was booked under any pricing category, it was instantly blocked from further reservation across all types, eliminating double bookings.
The development process included a complete redesign of the seat selection interface, featuring a responsive popup menu for users to specify ticket type when clicking on a seat.
