We’re Excited to Launch the EventPrime Check-In Extension! 

After weeks of development and refining, we’re thrilled to finally launch the  Check-In Extension for EventPrime! This new tool will help event organizers manage attendee check-ins more efficiently and easily, improving the experience for both you and your attendees. We’ve packed this extension with features that make check-in processes smooth, and we’re eager for you to start using it. 

Key Features of the Check-In Extension 

Here’s a quick look at what you can expect from the Check-In Extension: 

  • Flexible Check-In Times: You can control exactly when attendees can start checking in and when the check-in process should close. No need to worry about people trying to check in too early or late. 
  • Role-Based Access: You can decide which users or staff members are allowed to handle check-ins, giving you more control and peace of mind. 
  • Mobile QR Code Scanning: This feature makes the check-in process quicker and easier. Your check-in staff can simply scan attendee QR codes on their phones—no extra devices needed. 
  • Real-Time Updates and Logs: See check-ins happen in real-time and know who’s doing what. The system also logs important details like check-in times and staff usernames, so everything stays organized and transparent. 
  • Payment Integration: If you’re using our Offline Payment Extension, check-in staff can also accept payments during the check-in process, ensuring no one is left out. 
  • Downloadable Reports: Once your event is over, you can download detailed reports on attendee check-ins to help you analyze participation and make better plans for future events.
