The newly launched extensions include Printable Event Program, Event Materials & Downloads, and Attendee Certificates, each addressing a key stage of the event experience from preparation to post-event engagement.

The Printable Event Program extension allows organizers to generate a structured, print-friendly version of an event directly from event data. The program can include key event details such as the event title, schedule, venue, speakers, sponsor logos, and additional sections configured by the organizer. Administrators can control which sections appear and their order through global settings, while individual events can override these settings when required. Attendees can access the printable version directly from the event page and print it using the browser’s print functionality.
The Event Materials & Downloads extension introduces a centralized way to manage event-related resources. Organizers can upload files such as presentation slides, documents, videos, or guides and make them available either before or after the event. Access rules can restrict materials to booked attendees or checked-in participants, allowing organizers to control when and how resources are shared. Materials can be displayed in structured layouts on the event page and can include descriptive labels, file icons, and download tracking.
Completing the workflow, the Attendee Certificates extension allows organizers to generate personalized certificates for participants. Administrators can design certificate templates and assign them to ticket types so that attendee and event details are automatically inserted using dynamic shortcodes. Certificates can be delivered after booking or after the event ends, and attendees can access their certificates directly from the booking area where they can preview, print, or download them.
Together, these extensions extend the EventPrime ecosystem by supporting event communication, resource distribution, and attendee recognition within a unified event management workflow. By integrating seamlessly with the existing event data structure, the new tools enable organizers to deliver richer event experiences while maintaining a streamlined administrative process.
