The EventPrime Event Materials & Downloads extension lets organizers upload files to events and control who can access them. These files can be shared before the event (e.g., schedules, handouts) or after the event (e.g., session recordings, certificates). Access rules ensure only attendees who have booked or checked in can see protected content. The extension supports custom file labels, descriptions, sorting, and file-type icons in both grid and list views.
